Garo Oustayan is a third-generation jeweler who started learning the art of fine jewelry craftsmanship from his father at their design and manufacturing factory in Switzerland. Garo continued the family business in the United States as owner of Diamond Brokers of Los Altos (California) and Union Street Jewelers in San Francisco.

Joseph Hoffman is a second-generation jewelry professional who learned fine jewelry manufacturing and custom design from his father, George, in Beverly Hills, California. Joseph’s 40-year career includes sales representation of designer jewelry, appraisal evaluations for the trade, and in-store sales training.
